Worth It Meh? (Part 1)

With just RM1 a day, you will get the chance to enjoy all sorts of benefits that you can never imagine would be so so bountifully rewarding for you and your whole family, not only now but for future endeavors.

You find it really hard to believe in this? I know, I’ve been there, and I’ve thought so too to be very frank with you. I mean, what’s the point of paying when you can use other mobile phone apps for free? Isn’t it?

After digging into the exploration in using the MyTreats app myself, I think I get it now. So, going back to the very main question here, why are people willing to pay RM1 a day? Check these out:

REWARD NO 1: RM500 worth of merchants‛ e-vouchers and the discount value
When you have successfully subscribed to become a MyTreats’ member, you will automatically be credited with an amount of 300 Treats points and 200 Deals points into your MyTreats account, which can be viewed easily on your profile page.

Image 1: Members can view their Treats and Deals points’ balance at the profile page in the app

The amount of point is equivalent to MYR currency where 1 point is equivalent to RM1.

Treats points act as e-vouchers for you to redeem to shop for your basic necessities or anything of your favour from MyTreats’ long list of branded merchants which include Giant Hypermarket, Village Grocer, KK Mart, Family Mart and a lot more to list down. You are free to decide how many points you want to redeem to purchase your items and pay them using the e-vouchers provided. (refer images below)

Image 2: You can find the list of all branded merchants where you can redeem the e-vouchers at, just right at the main interface of the page

Image 3: When you click at a particular merchant’s page, you can press the amount counter and select the amount of your favour

Meanwhile, Deals points are basically the discount value provided by MyTreats’ local merchants. For example, I want to have a plate of chicken rice with a retail price of RM7 at Kedai Nasi Ayam Kak Leha (disclaimer: this is just an example, so don’t look for Kak Leha’s chicken rice shop in the app okay?) per plate. Kak Leha is offering a RM2 discount off the retail price, hence I only need to pay Kak Leha RM5 in cash while the remaining RM2 discount will be deducted from my Deals point balance.

Image 4: Here is the list of some of the Deals promo provided by beloved local merchants

Fuhh. Let me take a deep breath becauseI seriously think I’ve already shared so much with only this first reward about these 2 different points, so I guess I’m just going stop here for now. Make sure to stay tuned because my next sharing will be about the other bountiful rewards, you’re about to reap in the exploration of this super cool app.

See you next time!

Advertise Your Products and Services

Early this year, the world has been hit by the Covid-19 virus that is causing a pandemic situation everywhere (like literally everywhere in the whole world). Since then, it could be seen that start-up businesses are mushrooming very actively in Malaysia and that’s actually not a bad thing.

It’s a good move that people are taking due to every affecting factor there is, such as the lost of a job. And I personally, really support these start-ups in attempting to work towards stable financial status despite how tough it is to survive, hence let’s talk about how these start-up businesses can do well in promoting their business. Let’s go!

One. Make full use of the social media platforms – and when I said full use, it means, explore! Explore about running social media ads, explore about your target market’s favouritism, explore about how you can make sure your social media platforms’ look and feel is tempting to be explored. (Sounds a lot of exploring here isn’t it?)

Two. Contest and giveaways usually would gain a lot of traction especially to the users who just encountered about your business. This way, it can help to grow the number of followers on social media which could be highly potentially converted into real purchasers.

Three. Make use of other sites or third-party apps to advertise your products and services. One of the examples is by having your products advertised in the newly-developed mobile phone application that is known as MyTreats. Using MyTreats, you can broadcast whatever promotions you have and just get ready to be ‘attacked’ by those purchasers at your store.

However, on top of all, the very best methods to advertise a product or service is still very much depending on the target market and their online behaviours. Usage of multiple channels might be very useful and beneficial for your business. I’ll definitely write more in the future to talk about advertising products in a more depth knowledge. Stay tuned!

4 Types of E-Commerce Models

In this time of the century, e-commerce has been widely spread among almost all walks of life as an alternative to the classic note exchange transactions. The term itself; e-commerce, is very explicitly self-explanatory where it is also known as electronic commerce or internet commerce. For better understanding, e-commerce refers to the act of selling and buying goods and services online and those goods and services can come in a very wide range of choices. People nowadays have majorly started to enjoy purchasing almost everything online for it can save up a lot of money, time and energy.

The perks of using e-commerce platforms to either sell or purchase items and services have been benefiting billions of people all over the world. A countless number of e-commerce platforms have taken over the market world today since this platform brings about a lot of benefits and comfort for both parties; the seller and the purchaser.

There are basically 4 main types of e-commerce models that have been broadly practiced nowadays which include:

  • B2C (Business to Consumer)
  • A business sells a good or service to a consumer (example: You buy a piece of dress from an online shopper)
  • B2B (Business to Business)
  • A business sells good or service to another business (example: A company provides co-working spaces for rental for other businesses to work in their favor)
  • C2C (Consumer to Consumer)
  • A consumer sells good or service to another consumer (example: You sell your preloved wedding dress to another consumer on Carousell)
  • C2B (Consumer to Business)
  • A consumer sells good or service to a business or organization (example: An influencer provides service of giving a review to a business which in return to be paid accordingly).

Evidently, e-commerce can be seen as the most favorable selling and purchasing method people would always opt for. Some of the most impressively outstanding e-commerce platforms that have been widely used include eBay, Amazon, Quikr and a lot more to list down. Everyone must definitely have their favorite e-commerce platform to shop leisurely in the comfort of home. Mine’s MyTreats, what about you?

Follow me as we continue to investigate further into the topic of payment gateway, e-wallet and digital shopping and how such ecology has an effect on sociology and economy.

HOW EAGER ARE YOU TO MAKE MONEY ONLINE?

With the current pandemic situation that everyone around the globe is fearfully facing, a lot may find it tough to have a sustainable income, let alone making extra money. Tough time for everyone, hence it is also the best time to distract your mind to think out of the box, or more like thinking without the box.

As the saying goes, money can’t buy happiness but it sure can get you something to make you happy, yes? And the idea of making money online can sound pretty fascinating too. Well at least, that’s what I thought.

So, first thing first, let me ask you this if you are eager enough to make money, are you willing to invest some for the sustainability of an income stream to provide not only for yourself. but the whole beloved family?

If yes, you are on the right page. Bingo!

(insert image)

Just recently, I came across a number of newly launched apps in Malaysia (from social media) and one of them actually really caught my eyes for the way it allows people to generate more ‘money’ just so we can spend to get goods for ourselves.

Once you subscribe to become a member, you are automatically eligible to be part of their affiliate marketing program where you will gain reward just by referring to your contacts to join as well! Long story short, you’re actually free to make ‘money’ just by staying in the comfort of your home.

The app basically uses a point system where it is equivalent to RM currency. For example, 50 points are equivalent to RM50, just as simple as that. What more is, the amount of value you’ll be getting upon subscription is a lot higher than what you invest.

These are just the tips of the iceberg I would say because there are a lot more features to list down in the app and if these don’t sound profitable enough, I don’t know what is.

(insert image)

So, if you think you are interested to make ‘money’ for sustainability and more, you should definitely check out MyTreats app now and become a member so you can have peace of mind about how your monthly expenses would be.

I am a proud member here, so you should too!
